Educação financeira: uma investigação estatística de situações reais

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate how the collection and analysis of financial data or everyday situations as the main aid in the Financial Education of Students of the Technical Course in Logistics of the first year of Integral High School. In society, making conscious financial decisions is a healthy way to avoid compulsive consumption and indebtedness and increase purchasing power. To make a good financial analysis, it is necessary to have a good base of Statistical Education. With this in mind, the object of study of this research is the educational product, not a didactic sequence with the perspective of Financial Education based on the analysis of real situations, it was produced by the teacher and researcher. The didactic sequence was applied with five students of the first Integral Technical High School, in the Logistics course, in the discipline of Financial Mathematics, in a State School in Ituiutaba, Minas Gerais. The investigation has a descriptive approach in the scope of the empirical part, related to the application of activities. This is a field survey. Data collection took place through the Google Meet platform, and an analysis focuses on the students' responses in classes and on the records written in the printed material of the didactic sequence. The meetings were videotaped for later evaluation of the classes. A produces the clipping of several case studies. The results of this study indicate that as training contributions were relevant for the participants and for the Education professionals, the areas involved, since the topic Financial Education is transversal and can be used to expand knowledge in several areas.
