Summary:	O presente trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo da Lei 12.846/2013, conhecida popularmente como Lei Anticorrupção, bem como do instituto do compliance e a sua efetivação frente a nova legislação. Para tanto, será analisado o tipo penal corrupção, seu desenvolvimento ao longo das legislações penais e suas principais características. Em seguida, será aprofundado o estudo em torno da Lei 12.846/2013, das influências internacionais que motivaram a sua criação, bem como o contexto social que acelerou a sua promulgação. Por último, será examinado o instituto do compliance que foi contemplado na referida legislação, abarcando a sua consagração no âmbito internacional, bem como o decreto que apresenta os requisitos e mecanismos para à sua efetivação.
Abstract:	This paper is aimed at studying the Law 12.846/2013, popularly known as Anticorruption Law, as well as the institution of compliance practices and their effectiveness regards to the new legislation. In order to do so, it will be analyzed the penal type of corruption, its development throughout penal legislations and its main characteristics. Afterwards, the study will be deepened focusing on Law 12.846/2013, assessing the international influences that have motivated its creation, in addition to the social context which accelerated its promulgation. Finally, there will be an examination of the institution of compliance practices, contemplated in the aforementioned legislation, encompassing its consecration in the international scope, besides the decree which presents the requirements and mechanisms for its effectuation.
