| Summary: | O presente trabalho tem por objetivo compreender como o aprendizado musical acontece durante a composição colaborativa de canções para um teatro musical realizado por crianças do ensino fundamental 1 no contexto escolar. O referencial se apoia nos preceitos da pedagogia de projetos (HERNANDES, 1998; PRADO, 2005; BENDER, 2014; GUEDES et al., 2017), na aprendizagem criativa (CRAFT; JEFFREY; LEIBLING, 2001; ALENCAR, 2007; LUBART, 2007; MITJÁNS MARTINES, 2014; RESNICK, 2020) e nos processos de composição (BERKLEY, 2001; FAUTLEY, 2004). A metodologia utilizada é a pesquisa qualitativa, e a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de vídeos, fotografias e entrevistas com crianças (CHRISTENSEN; JAMES, 2017). Os resultados apontam para a capacidade das crianças em articular letra e música, em improvisar melodia e ritmos, em compreender a estrutura musical e, além disso, em aprender importantes recursos psicossociais e habilidades grupais, que são essenciais ao desenvolvimento humano e a uma vida adulta mais adaptada. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to understand how musical learning takes place during a collaborative composition of songs for a musical theater by elementary school children in a school setting. The research framework is underpinned by pedagogical principles (HERNANDES, 1998; PRADO, 2005; BENDER, 2014; GUEDES et al., 2017), creative learning (CRAFT; JEFFREY; LEIBLING, 2001; ALENCAR, 2007; LUBART, 2007; MITJÁNS MARTINES, 2014; RESNICK, 2020) and the composition process (BERKLEY, 2001; FAUTLEY, 2004). The methodology which was employed consists of qualitative research and data collection was carried out by means of videos, photographs and interviews with pupils (CHRISTENSEN; JAMES, 2017). The findings highlighted the capacity the children had to articulate song lyrics, improvise melodies and rhythms and understand the structure of music. In addition, they were able to learn about key psycho-social factors and group skills which are essential for human development and acquiring a more suitable grown-up lifestyle. |
