| Summary: | A prática de atividade física é fundamental na vida de todos, responsável por promover a saúde mental e física das pessoas, ajudando a prevenir doenças e proporcionando bem-estar. Atualmente, com o avanço da tecnologia, as pessoas têm se dedicado cada vez menos a atividades relacionadas ao movimento do corpo, e isso reflete na saúde geral da população, com problemas cardiovasculares e obesidade. Na vida das crianças e adolescentes, a atividade física é extremamente importante, pois é uma grande aliada para o desenvolvimento motor, cognitivo e estabelece hábitos saudáveis, preparando-os para uma vida ativa e saudável. A partir disso, o presente trabalho busca criar um espaço que fomente a prática de atividade física das crianças e adolescentes da cidade de Araxá, principalmente as que passam por vulnerabilidade social, desenvolvendo um local seguro e divertido para elas. |
| Abstract: | Engaging in physical activity is fundamental in everyone's life, playing a crucial role in promoting both mental and physical well-being, aiding in disease prevention. Currently, with the advancement of technology, people are dedicating less time to activities involving body movement, and this is reflected in the overall health of the population, contributing to cardiovascular problems and obesity. In the lives of children and adolescents, physical activity is extremely important as a significant ally for motor and cognitive development, establishing healthy habits and preparing them for an active and healthy life. In light of this, the present project aims to create a space that fosters physical activity among children and adolescents in the city of Araxá, particularly those experiencing social vulnerability, developing a safe and enjoyable environment for them. |
