| Abstract: | The study on the green CPR instituted by Decree 10828/21, concomitantly with the Law that regulates the carbon market in Brazil and Brazil with foreign countries aims to encourage the interest of private enterprise to new mechanisms for environmental preservation, allowing a sustainable integration between energy and food production with the sequestration and storage of pollutant gases, aiming at the generation of carbon credits and their marketing. |
