Regulamentação pandêmica dos entregadores que dependem das plataformas digitais: a Lei nº 14.297/2022

Abstract

In front of the increase in digital platforms services use, especially in the health crisis caused by Coronavirus, the precarious work situation of the delivery service through the apps got worse. It is evident that technological advances, like all the types of service apps, have changed all the forms of existing work. In regard, even in the face of decades of legislative progress in labor justice still exists a gradual discourse of the impossibility to ensure protection for these workers who stay in vulnerable conditions. Therefore, there is a need to emphasize the importance of Law number 14.297/2022, which emerged due to the pandemic context and has great value to highlight the necessary protection of this class of workers despite having a temporary. For this purpose, an analysis was carried out about the forms of work between companies of digital delivery, and their deliveryman, as well as the protective content covered by the Law number 14.297/2022.
