Summary:	A partir de uma análise bibliográfica, o presente estudo busca estabelecer os conceitos da Lei 13.465/2017, propondo uma releitura sobre as Normas de Proteção do Meio ambiente, propondo discussões acerca do Direito Fundamental à propriedade e a Garantia do Máximo existencial a todos os Cidadãos, garantindo assim o direito à Sustentabilidade. Para tanto, proceder-se-á a uma digressão histórica e bibliográfica, revisitando os marcos de surgimento do Direito à Propriedade e a função social da propriedade e suas nuances, para, após, fazer uma análise crítica sobre a Lei de Regularização Fundiária Urbana (Lei 13.465/2017) e as normas de proteção ao meio ambiente, para ao final, verificar se a Lei acaba cerceando o direito ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado.
Abstract:	Based on a bibliographic analysis, the present study seeks to establish the concepts of Law 13.465/2017, proposing a reinterpretation of the Environmental Protection Norms, proposing discussions about the Fundamental Right to property and the Guarantee of the maximum existential to all Citizens , thus guaranteeing the right to Sustainability. In order to do so, a historical and bibliographical digression will be carried out, revisiting the landmarks of the emergence of the Right to Property and the social function of property and its nuances, in order to, then, make a critical analysis of the Urban Land Regularization Law ( Law 13.465/2017) and the norms of environmental protection, in order to verify if the Law ends up curtailing the right to an ecologically balanced environment.
