Projeto de interiores de um coworking planejado para um futuro pós-pandemia

Abstract

With the pandemic, it can be said that spaces and ways of working have changed. Since then, new challenges have emerged and there are many elements that need to be rethought. Thus, this conclusion work proposes to make an interior project of a coworking in the city of Uberlândia, taking into account a post-pandemic scenario, addressing the main needs that came as a result of COVID-19. These spaces, at first, were heavily impacted, but have already returned with high demand. Understanding what environments, especially for shared use, demand is essential for designing going forward. With various configurations within the space, people have options to work alone or in smaller groups, as it was necessary to review the amount of public within an environment. Furthermore, coworking delivers everything that a conventional office offers, but for a reduced cost.
