| Summary: | Este trabalho apresenta um método para o dimensionamento de redes neurais artificiais de uma única camada intermediária, levando-se em consideração as condições de treinabilidade e a precisão da aproximação que tais redes devem proporcionar. A precisão da aproximação funcional está intimamente ligada à estrutura de tais redes, portanto, para se garantir uma aproximação satisfatória, apresenta-se um método de se dimensionar a camada intermediária de tais tipos de redes, usando-se para isto o teorema da função implícita. Simulações do método proposto, comprovam os resultados teóricos obtidos |
| Abstract: | This work presents a method for dimensioning artificial neural networks with a single hidden layer, considering the trainability conditions and the approximation accuracy. The functional approximation accuracy is highly dependent on the network structure. Therefore, to guarantee a reasonable approximation, a method is presented to determine the number of elements in the hidden layer, using the implicit function theorem. Some simulations illustrates the theoretical results obtained in this work. |
