Laudo técnico de inspeção predial: metodologia e prática

Abstract

This course conclusion paper consists of a literature review on the subject of building inspection, presenting criteria, methodologies, definitions, relevant standards, responsibilities of the professional and other relevant information, aiming to properly guide the conduct of a building inspection and the preparation of the corresponding technical report. This paper proposes using the IBAPE National Building Inspection Standard as a reference for building inspections, presenting its criteria and methodology, as well as suggestions and complements, including a checklist model to be used during the inspection. Based on the theoretical foundation presented, a technical report of building inspection was developed for lot 4 of the residential Córrego do Óleo, located in the city of Uberlândia-MG, in order to facilitate the understanding and application of the described method. Therefore, this study may be useful for professionals in this area, which is of great importance to civil construction, as it enables the achievement of a minimum level of performance required in the current scenario of anomalies and recurrent failures.
