| Summary: | A proposta desta pesquisa é de analisar a consolidação do planejamento econômico na antiga União das Repúblicas Socialistas Soviéticas, principal bloco socialista do século passado. Desta forma, passar-se-á por todos os governos – inclusive fazendo um breve resgaste que antecede a Revolução Bolchevique, a partir de um enfoque teórico-histórico – para que a compreensão da complexidade das particularidades que estão inseridas nesta realidade objetiva. A União Soviética, que chegou a ser uma superpotência nos tempos de Guerra Fria, dissolve-se em 1991. Logo, há explicações econômicas estruturais que ajudam a sintetizar algumas causas que levaram ao seu colapso em 1991, como o alto grau de hierarquização e o próprio contexto de disputa com os Estados Unidos. Logo, a pesquisa centra-se na União Soviética enquanto uma nova organização econômica, política e social. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to analyze the consolidation of economic planning in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the main socialist bloc of the last century. In this way, it will pass through all the governments - including making a brief withdrawal that precedes the Bolshevik Revolution, from a theoretical-historical approach - so that the understanding of the complexity of the particularities that are inserted in this objective reality. The Soviet Union, which became a superpower in Cold War times, dissolves in 1991. Thus, there are structural economic explanations that help to synthesize some causes that led to its collapse in 1991, such as the high degree of hierarchy and the context of dispute with the United States. Therefore, the research focuses on the Soviet Union as a new economic, political and social organization. |
