Abstract

The Control of Public Resources for the Third Sector for Popular Participation in the New Regulatory Framework of Civil Society Organizations, regulated by Law 13,019 / 2014, becomes essential to promote participatory democracy and achieve the social objectives of the partnership between public authorities and private entities. This paper intends to demonstrate that with the changes processed in the State and the need to rethink the way of providing public services together with the collaboration of the private initiative, the choice of this partner should be transparent and respecting the constitutional principles, with the objective of making public policies necessary for society feasible. In the realization of the benefits rights, mainly through instruments of control and control of the public resources used in the partnership and the improvement of transparency, social control, strengthening of social participation and implementation of democratic public management. The research was bibliographic and exploratory, the method used was the deductive.
