Perfil de sáude dos trabalhadores nos territórios da atenção básica do distrito sanitário sul, em Uberlândia/MG

Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the health profile of workers and the productive processes in the territories of the Basic Units of Family Health, in Uberlândia. This is a cross-sectional epidemiological analysis of the descriptive and quantitative type. The universe of Primary Care Units in Family Health is 74 SUS Family Health Teams, urban and rural and are responsible for a coverage of 43% of the population. Data from this study refer to five Primary Care Units of the Southern Sanitary District, in the city of Uberlândia. The data source was the Reference Center on Occupational Health - CEREST Regional, located in the Municipality, in reports of Consolidated Occupational Profile of the ESF / PACS, of the Health Units object of this study. The situational diagnosis provided information on the territory under study related to the data of productive activities and health indicators. The prevalence of informal household activities in the various branches of activity (Trade / sales, Beauty salon, Dressmakers and domiciliary activities in the Branch of Food). With regard to individual occupation and its consequent relation with health, it is possible to highlight the main occupations are the General and Domestic Services, it was considered a priority the intervention in these occupations due to the risks and injuries related to the activity. In this way, the main risk factors and aggravated and discussed the proposals of hypotheses for solutions to the problems related to occupational diseases, considered as priority have been identified. It is concluded that the analysis of the productive and epidemiological profile in the territory is a powerful tool of planning and execution of the actions of promotion, prevention and integral attention to the health of the workers.
