| Summary: | As questões desenvolvidas nesta tese centraram-se na discussão e problematização de elementos e dimensões do processo de intensificação da produção industrial na região oeste do Paraná, sobretudo em Santa Helena, durante os anos 1980 2000. Este trabalho constitui-se a partir da investigação e análise das trajetórias dos trabalhadores das indústrias de confecções do vestuário, colocando em destaque as mudanças que o trabalho industrial ocasionou na vida desses sujeitos. A discussão buscou compreender e analisar as condições de vida e trabalho dos trabalhadores e como se constitui e se articula a luta de classes vivida por eles. Para realizar este estudo, recorri a narrativas produzidas com os trabalhadores e os empresários, bem como a materiais do governo municipal e textos da imprensa local, em especial o jornal Costa Oeste. |
| Abstract: | The topics developed in this thesis focuses on discussing and problematizing elements related to the growth process of the industrial production in the west of Paraná state, mainly Santa Helena in the period 1980 2000. This work provides an analytical inquiry of clothing industry workers background, so that to outline changes in their lives caused by this kind of industrial work. It tried to understand workers life and labor conditions and how class struggle they experience is built and articulated. As historical sources, this study relied on oral accounts from workers and industry owners, documents from local government and on press articles, above all those ones published by Costa Oeste newspaper. |
