| Summary: | Este trabalho apresenta uma análise do Programa Tempo de Aprender, desenvolvido pelo Ministério da Educação com foco na alfabetização dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental. A pesquisa baseia-se no Relatório SEALF 2019-2022 e é complementada por um relato de experiência vivenciado pela autora durante sua participação no programa, enquanto estudante de Pedagogia EAD pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. O objetivo principal é refletir sobre a aplicação prática do programa nas escolas públicas e compreender seus efeitos na formação docente. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise documental com abordagem qualitativa e perspectiva pessoal. A experiência revelou que, embora o programa tenha potencial para contribuir com a alfabetização, sua aplicação nas escolas pode variar, dependendo da gestão e das necessidades locais. Mesmo com pouca orientação inicial, a atuação direta com alunos em processo de alfabetização permitiu observar avanços concretos, reforçando a importância da prática na formação dos futuros professores. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents an analysis of the Tempo de Aprender Program, developed by the Brazilian Ministry of Education with a focus on literacy in the early years of elementary education. The study is based on the SEALF 2019–2022 Report and includes a personal experience report by the author, who participated in the program while studying Pedagogy through distance learning at the Federal University of Uberlândia. The main goal is to reflect on how the program is applied in public schools and its impact on teacher training. The methodology used was document analysis with a qualitative and personal approach. The experience showed that although the program has great potential, its implementation may vary according to each school's needs and management. Despite the limited initial guidance, working directly with students facing literacy difficulties provided valuable insights and allowed the author to witness real progress, highlighting the role of practical experiences in teacher education. |
