Desafios no processo de ensino aprendizagem na alfabetização da criança dentro do espectro autista

Abstract

The main objective of this article is to present strategies that favor the literacy process of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The difficulties faced by these students during the literacy phase are highlighted, as well as teaching methods and activities that can contribute positively to their learning. The methodology adopted for the bibliographic research was based on the analysis of scientific materials relevant to the topic. The results indicate that it is possible to teach children with ASD to read and write, as long as their individual learning rhythms are respected. Although this process may be slower in some cases, this does not prevent the student from achieving success in their learning.
