Experiências transformadoras: impactos e descobertas na formação acadêmica

Abstract

This experience report describes the participation of a student in the "1st Meeting of Graduates of the UFU/FAMED Undergraduate Nursing Course", highlighting the main lessons learned and challenges faced. The event enabled the student to expand her network of contacts and strengthen bonds with professionals and colleagues in the Nursing field, contributing to the development of skills such as interpersonal communication and integration in collaborative contexts. Furthermore, the experience favored immersion in the field of teaching, aligning with the political-pedagogical project of the course, which covers both the undergraduate and bachelor's degrees. The event promoted discussions that aligned the theory learned in the classroom with real practices in the field of nursing, favoring the construction of a broader and more critical perspective on work in the health area. The experience also helped to consolidate the student's professional identity, broadening her vision of future challenges and responsibilities in the profession.
