| Summary: | O presente estudo pretende examinar os aspectos estratégicos relacionados à retenção de talentos empreendedores em startups de serviços contábeis, investigando sua influência no processo de desenvolvimento e viabilização organizacional. Nessa perspectiva, alinhou-se como objetivo analisar aspectos estratégicos de retenção de talentos empreendedores em startups prestadora de serviços contábeis e sua influência no processo de desenvolvimento organizacional. Para compreensão deste propósito, adotou-se como método de pesquisa o estudo de caso único, sob uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva, na finalidade de explorar as percepções e experiências dos participantes. Os resultados encontrados evidenciaram a importância de constituição de mecanismos estratégicos de retenção de talentos no estágio inicial, cabendo aos empreendedores esforços de identificar necessidades de oportunidades de crescimento e avanço na carreira |
| Abstract: | The present study aims to examine the strategic aspects related to the retention of entrepreneurial talent in accounting service startups, investigating their influence on the process of organizational development and viability. From this perspective, the objective was to analyze strategic aspects of retaining entrepreneurial talent in startups providing accounting services and their influence on the organizational development process. To understand this purpose, a single case study was adopted as a research method, using a qualitative, descriptive approach, with the aim of exploring the perceptions and experiences of the participants. The results found highlighted the importance of establishing strategic mechanisms for retaining talent in the initial stage, with entrepreneurs having to make efforts to identify the need for opportunities for growth and career advancement |
