| Summary: | A metodologia BIM é um tema muito necessário na área da construção, com foco nas disciplinas de arquitetura, elétrica, hidráulica e no sistema de combate a incêndio. Neste trabalho, foi desenvolvida a aplicação do BIM em um projeto feito em um supermercado com o objetivo de otimizar o tempo gasto no projeto, além do custo e sua maior qualidade. O software utilizado foi o Revit que permite fazer a modelagem em 3D, além das listas de materiais, ou seja, o quantitativo na mesma ferramenta. Ademais, para implantar o SPDA devese avaliar a área de risco, necessidade de proteção, tipo de proteção, para isso é necessário seguir o as normas da ABNT a NBR 5419 de 2015 a fim de ter segurança para construir esse empreendimento. O projeto feito se trata de um supermercado que tem somente o térreo e com isso contou com projetistas de diversas disciplinas, além do auxílio da construtora responsável pela obra. Conclui-se, portanto, que o avanço do BIM na área dos projetos de SPDA é de extrema importância pois traz um resultado eficiente, econômico e seguro ao cliente |
| Abstract: | The BIM methodology is a much needed topic in the field of construction, with a focus on the disciplines of architecture, electrical, plumbing and fire. In this work, the application of BIM was developed in a project made in a supermarket with the objective of optimizing the time spent on the project, in addition to the cost and its higher quality. The software used was Revit, which allows modeling in 3D, in addition to the lists of materials, that is, the quantity in the same tool. In addition, to implement the SPDA, the risk area, need for protection, type of protection must be evaluated, for this it is necessary to follow the ABNT standards NBR 5419 of 2015 in order to have security to build this enterprise. The project made is a supermarket that has only the ground floor and with that it had designers from different disciplines, in addition to the help of the construction company responsible for the work. It is concluded, therefore, that the advancement of BIM in the area of SPDA projects is extremely important as it brings an efficient, economical and safe result to the client |
