| Summary: | O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo a nova Lei de Liberdade Econômica, n.º 13.874 de 2019 e a exposição analítica dos motivos que a originaram, juntamente com a comparação da Medida Provisória n.º 881/19 que a precedeu, além da observação das alterações legislativas provocodas por essa lei com enfoque nos artigos do Código Civil. Para isso, será feita, além da exposição e comparação legislativa, a análise doutrinária que sugere formas interpretativas da norma, observando a sua repercussão no mundo jurídico e a forma como ela se apresenta. |
| Abstract: | The present work has as its object of study the new Economic Freedom Law n.º 13.874 of 2019 and the analytical exposition of the reasons that originated it, together with the comparison of the Provisional Measure n.º 881/19 that preceded it, in addition to the observation of the legislative changes provoked by this law with a focus on the articles of the Civil Code. For this, in addition to the exposition and legislative comparison, the doctrinal analysis that suggests interpretative forms of the norm will be made, observing its repercussion in the legal world and the way it is presented. |
