| Summary: | A Simulação Realística é um método efetivo e inovador que aumenta as relações entre teoria e prática em um ambiente seguro. O estudo é revisão de literatura com objetivo de identificar evidências de como a simulação realística aparece no currículo do curso técnico em enfermagem. A pesquisa em base de dados retornou publicações dos últimos 5 anos, em sua maioria envolvendo graduação e 2 artigos referiram ao ensino no curso técnico em enfermagem. Concluímos que é forte necessidade de inserção da simulação realística nos cursos técnicos em enfermagem para que desenvolvamos um profissional com pensamento crítico, reflexivo, tomador de decisão. |
| Abstract: | Realistic Simulation is an effective and innovative method that enhances the relationship between theory and practice in a safe environment. The study is a literature review with the aim of identifying evidence of how realistic simulation appears in the curriculum of technical nursing courses. The database search returned publications from the last 5 years, mostly involving graduation and 2 articles referred to teaching in the technical nursing course. We conclude that there is a strong need to insert realistic simulation in technical courses in nursing so that we develop a professional with critical, reflective, decision-making thinking. |
