Dramaturgia popular: relato do processo de criação dramatúrgica de “Casa, não casa?”

ABSTRACT

In this research, I illustrate the path of the dramaturgical creation of the text “To marry, or not to marry?”, a comic work in a popular theater language. The text started being created while I was attending the subject of Theater and Popular Culture, with the professor, Maria de Maria, in 2019. I investigate about the power of creation that is given by the materials we access, in this subject I created in my imagination many inspirations, images, and text excerpts when I joined the group “The girls of Sinhá”, through videos and biographical readings of the group for a seminar. Accessing this material generated a creative impulse in me, which led me to start writing dramaturgy in a corporal way, setting myself in motion, on stage and testing what my imagination created. I report this initial process of creation and the new materials that I accessed to continue the writing of the text, I continued the dramaturgy without ignoring the power of inspirations to give me strength in creation, so I set myself in search of new inspirations, as dramaturgy, shows I have watched and also moments of my own experiences in Igarapava - SP, which has all the fortunes and misfortunes of a countryside town.
