Urgências subjetivas em uma enfermaria de oncologia: experiência de escuta do sofrimento psíquico

Abstract

Every illness process produces psychic manifestations in subjects, families and the health team. In the experience with oncology, some experience a kind of collapse in their subjective structure, a moment in which they find themselves without symbolic resources; critical situations that can put them in conditions of subjective urgency. With that, the objective of this article is to present situations of subjective urgency from the oncological illness and to discuss the effects of the practice of psychological intervention with these subjects. It refers to a descriptive study with a qualitative approach in the form of experience reporting, based on the experience of the Psychologist in the Multiprofessional Residency Program. Faced with the subjective urgency in the hospital, what you have is an obstacle to speech and the subject is taken by anguish. With the effect of the work and the intervention of the psychologist, these subjects can alleviate the impacts of anguish and through speech, reconstruct their own experience.
