Abstract

The theme proposed and chosen for the development of the work was “Organization of the school space”, which will address the issue of accessibility, with the title: The organization of the school space for the care of children with special needs. Accessibility must be ensured through the elimination of architectural, urban, building barriers – including facilities, equipment and furniture – and in school transport, as well as barriers in communication and information (BRASIL, 2008, p.12). In this sense, there will be a theoretical reflection on educational accessibility and inclusion, from the perspective of the organization of the school space for special education, starting from the understanding of the relevance of problematizing and understanding how different actions and knowledge have been organized for students with unique characteristics, in order to contemplate the constitution of their inclusion and educational accessibility.
