Análise da redução de manutenções corretivas e dos custos ao implantar e controlar a realização de manutenções preventivas em uma cervejaria de Uberlândia

Abstract

The advance of the production methods generates a dependence on an excellent functioning of the existing machinery, which is only achieved with a very well done job in the maintenance of the mechanisms involved. This project will demonstrate the importance of the called "controlling preventive maintenance" to reduce the number of corrective maintenance, as well as the amount spent by the company. After realizing a deficit in the maintenance of the company's fleets, it was decided to carry out the implementation and control of several indicators, acting in a preventive way to avoid failures, in order to minimize costs and increase the availability of the machinery. Thus, several data were collected and processed daily in order to prove the efficiency of the proposed work. The organization's step-by-step was described as well as the results achieved. At the end of the study, a reduction in the number of corrective maintenance was confirmed, which caused a decrease in the cost of maintenance, in addition to an excellent availability of machinery.
