Os possíveis impactos da corrupção no cenário empresarial do Brasil: um estudo bibliométrico

Abstract

Corruption causes socioeconomic imbalance in the society, as that it affects the stability and integrity of the institutions that represent the basis of democracy and, consequently, the access and guarantee of the rights provided for in the Federal Constitution. Regarding this subject matter, the object of study refers to the possible corruption’s problems in the Brazilian business scenario, it having as the challenge identification and applicability of effective risk control and minimization mechanisms in face of this phenomenon. With this, the purpose main of this paper is to understand which impacts that corruption reflects and generates on Brazilian organizations and to list some types of control instruments that can be used to combat it. From this context, the research raises questions about the possible consequences that corruption and fraud may cause in the business aspect and what means of control can be adopted in face of this problem. To address the issue, bibliographic research emphasizes the difficulty of the developing organizations in the country, as it needs more transparency and less corruption, as this directly affects the country's economy and it is therefore relevant to propose effective internal and external mechanisms capable of establishing an organizational culture and good governance to minimize management and corruption risks.
