| Summary: | O presente artigo inicia-se com uma breve apresentação das Constelações Familiares e das Ordens do Amor de Bert Hellinger e sua aplicação no Direito, dando origem assim ao termo Direito Sistêmico. Em seguida, dispõe sobre a aplicação do Direito Sistêmico no âmbito da Defensoria Pública e seu impacto positivo na solução extrajudiciais dos conflitos, bem como na melhoria do atendimento aos assistidos. Trabalha-se, assim, de forma dedutiva e com pesquisa bibliográfica, trazendo exemplos de posturas sistêmicas adotadas por defensores e servidores públicos da defensoria das comarcas de Rio Negro-MS e Joinville-SC. |
| Abstract: | This article begins with a brief presentation of Bert Hellinger's Family Constellations and their application in Law, giving rise to the term Systemic Law. Then, it provides for the application of systemic law within the scope of the Public Defender's Office and its positive impact on the extrajudicial solution of conflicts, as well as on the improvement of assistance to those assisted. It works in a deductive way and with bibliographic research, bringing examples of systemic postures adopted by defenders and public servants of the judicial district of Rio Negro-Ms and Joinville-SC. |
