| Summary: | O objetivo geral do estudo é analisar os impactos das recentes transformações estruturais na avicultura de corte sobre a estabilidade da oferta de frango vivo para a agroindústria integradora no âmbito de um novo sistema de integração nos cerrados. Ou seja, analisar as transformações estruturais no que tange: aos galpões com maior nível de automação e a maior capacidade de confinamento de frangos; à necessidade de maior capacidade de alavancagem de recursos para o investimento por parte dos produtores integrados; à localização das granjas em função de fontes de matérias-primas calóricas e protéicas, de custo reduzido; à necessidade das indústrias localizarem-se em regiões ou estados que proporcionem vantagens tanto na redução de custos de produção quanto nos ganhos em incentivos fiscais. Dividiu-se o estudo em três capítulos para a melhor elucidação e entendimento do mesmo. |
| Abstract: | The general objective of the study is to analyze the impacts of recent structural changes in poultry farming on the stability of live chicken supply for the integrating agribusiness within the framework of a new integration system in the cerrados. In other words, to analyze the structural transformations with respect to: the houses with the highest level of automation and the best chicken confinement capacity; the need for increased leverage capacity for investment by integrated producers; the location of farms according to reduced cost sources of caloric and protein raw materials; the need for industries to be located in regions or states that provide advantages both in reducing production costs and gains in tax incentives. |
