O que o mercado de trabalho requer do profissional contábil em Uberlândia/MG?

Abstract

The general objective of this work is to analyze the profile, specific knowledge, skills and competencies required of the accounting professional in the city of Uberlândia / MG, from August 2 to October 7, 2017. The image of the accountant has been transformed over the years, it was formerly seen as the person responsible for activities linked to techno-technology, however, this stereotype has been changing and the accounting professional plays an important role in the decision-making process. This is a descriptive, qualitative and documentary research. After analyzing the vacancies offered, it was observed that a large number of them were assigned to the positions of auxiliary, assistant and analyst within the accounting and tax area, in accounting offices, with more operational activities and with lower salary bands. There are still companies that hire without proper training in accounting. With regard to the required computer skills, it was observed more frequently, basic informatics, Office Package and Excel ©. The most requested skills were good verbal and written fluency, analytical profile, proactivity, organization, responsibility, dynamism and interpersonal relationship.
