Abstract

This Undergraduate Thesis aims to produce a comic book that brings together reports from people who have experienced embarrassing and abusive situations in their workplaces, giving a documentary character to the narrative. The collection compiles experiences that illustrate everything from abuses of power by supervisors to situations involving clients, reflecting a frequent yet often silenced reality within the professional sphere. Several testimonies were selected for the creation of a visual narrative sequence that seeks, at the same time, to raise awareness and allow readers to identify with the content, exposing the personal and structural dimensions of these conflicts. In this way, the comic acts as an instrument of critical reflection, combining journalistic language and artistic expression to translate voices and memories marked by embarrassment and resistance. The creative process thus explores the relationship between biographical accounts, social denunciation, and the narrative power of comics as a means of giving visibility to traumatic work experiences.
