Summary:	Texto elaborado para apresentar à Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, para obtenção do Título de Professora Titular, último nível na carreira docente de nível superior nas Instituições Públicas de Educação Superior do Brasil. Como objetivo geral pretende-se, para suscitar as condições requeridas para a promoção ao Cargo de Professor titular, da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, apresentar e entender as experiências de minha vida, as articulando com os desdobramentos das políticas nacionais de natureza político, sociais, econômicas e educacionais como fatores definidores das condições de minha existência. Como objetivos específicos pretende-se: a) mapear fatos políticos, econômicos, sociais e educacionais brasileiros ocorridos de 1967 a 2024; b) articular os elementos desses fatos nas minhas experiencias de vida pessoal e profissional e; c) identificar e destacar como os filamentos dos discursos proferidos de natureza político, econômico, sociais e educacionais atuaram no assujeitamento e objetivação da existência humana no sistema neoliberal capitalista adotando como exemplo a minha experiencia de vida. Quais os elementos justificam o sentimento nacional de que, independentemente de quem assume o poder político, a vida continua a mesma? De onde surgiu essa ideia? Quais as implicações dessa posição na construção de produção de existência das pessoas em diferentes contextos sociais? Quais as dificuldades para romper com esse posicionamento histórico tão presente na vida cotidiana das pessoas? O Texto, apresenta aspectos da história do Brasil com foco nas questões políticas, econômicas, sociais e educacionais no centro denominada de “O estado – dispositivo de poder da governança” e às suas margens, a esquerda a história pessoal e educacional, “As instituições como dispositivos de regularização (a família e a escola)”, e à direita a vida profissional, “A constituição do homo oeconomicus – como tornar-se empresário de si mesmo”. Fazendo analogia a um texto, que possui a parte escrita e às suas margens, não possuem escritas, mas não quer dizer que não possuem informações, elas apenas não aparecem para dar centralidade ao que está escrito. Aqui elas estão presentes e são tão relevantes quanto o centro, pois se intercomunição, se contaminam, se constituem.
Abstract:	Text prepared to be presented to the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Uberlândia, in order to obtain the title of Full Professor, the highest level in the teaching career at higher education institutions in Brazil. As a general objective, in order to raise the conditions required for promotion to the position of Full Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia, I intend to present and understand my life experiences, articulating them with the developments of national policies of a political, social, economic and educational nature as defining factors of the conditions of my existence. As specific objectives, I intend to: a) map Brazilian political, economic, social and educational events that occurred from 1967 to 2024; b) articulate the elements of these events in my personal and professional life experiences; and c) identify and highlight how the strands of the discourses of a political, economic, social and educational nature acted in the subjection and objectification of human existence in the neoliberal capitalist system, adopting my life experience as an example. What elements justify the national feeling that, regardless of who assumes political power, life remains the same? Where did this idea come from? What are the implications of this position in the construction of people's existence in different social contexts? What are the difficulties in breaking with this historical positioning so present in people's daily lives? The text presents aspects of Brazilian history with a focus on political, economic, social and educational issues in the center called “The state – a device of governance power” and on its margins, on the left, personal and educational history, “Institutions as devices of regularization (family and school)”, and on the right, professional life, “The constitution of homo oeconomicus – how to become an entrepreneur of oneself”. Making an analogy to a text, which has a written part and its margins, there are no writings, but that does not mean that there is no information, they just do not appear to give centrality to what is written. Here they are present and are as relevant as the center, because they intercommunicate, contaminate, and constitute each other.
