Análise das provas do processo seletivo para contratação de professores efetivos de física no estado de Minas Gerais

Abstract

This documental analysis seeks to present how the process of hiring a physics teacher in the state of Minas Gerais takes place. At first, I analyzed the particularities of the notices for the admission of teachers, specifically physics, in the state education network of Minas Gerais, through the examining benches, until the final administrative act, which is the homologation, which actually concludes the event. In the second moment I investigated the evidence of the last competitions that took place for the admission of these teachers of the last 11 years. The paper shows not only the issues of physics content, but also the content included in this set of three tests that took place in the last contests. In addition, a quantitative analysis was performed on the recurrence of the contents treated in the questions. In the end it was possible to show that there is a greater recurrence in the demand of some topics in the preparation of the tests, as is the case of interpretation of text to Portuguese language, flat geometry in mathematics, and classical mechanics in physics. In addition to the conclusion that the physics degree course at the Federal University of Uberlândia provides directly or indirectly conditions for the student to be able to enter the teaching career through this hiring process.
