| Summary: | Este trabalho teve como tema a Sucessão Administrativa no Agronegócio e teve como objetivo identificar e analisar os principais conceitos do processo sucessório no campo. Utilizou-se como referencial os conceitos objetivos e subjetivos de patrimônio, o engajamento e participação de sucessores na administração das propriedades rurais e as possíveis ferramentas para a sucessão bem sucedida. Para a revisão bibliográfica foram utilizados livros, artigos científicos e reportagens disponíveis on line. |
| Abstract: | This work had as its theme the Administrative Succession in Agribusiness and aimed to identify and analyze the main concepts of the succession process in the countryside. The objective and subjective concepts of patrimony, engagement and participation of successors in the management of rural properties and possible tools for successful succession were used as a reference. For the bibliographic review, books, scientific articles and reports available online were used. |
