| Summary: | O trabalho a seguir mostra uma análise de doenças que trabalhadores sofrem dentro do ambiente organizacional e, utiliza-se o filme “King Richard” como ferramenta para elucidar e facilitar a compreensão de tais doenças e impactos nos indivíduos. O estudo apresenta o conceito e alguns exemplos de síndrome de burnout, pressão, ansiedade e estresse. Foi utilizado um método qualitativo de caráter interpretativo para fundamentar a análise. Portanto, o paralelo que é traçado entre doenças no ambiente organizacional e demonstradas por cenas dentro de uma obra cinematográfica formam uma eficaz maneira de explanação sobre como poder identificá-las e evitá-las. |
| Abstract: | The following paper shows an analysis of the diseases that workers suffer within the organizational environment, and uses the movie "King Richard" as a tool to elucidate and facilitate the understanding of such diseases and their impact on individuals. The study presents the concept and some examples of burnout syndrome, pressure, anxiety, and stress. An interpretive qualitative method was used to support the analysis. Therefore, the parallel that is drawn between illnesses in the organizational environment and those demonstrated by scenes in a cinematographic work form an effective way of explaining how to identify and avoid them. |
