| Summary: | Objetivo: Demonstrar a importância da prancha rígida e Scoop na restrição dos movimentos da coluna (RMC) e no Atendimento Pré-hospitalares (APH). Metodologia: Foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica, com base em artigos científicos publicados nos últimos 5 anos expostos em bases online. Resultados: Comprovou-se a eficácia da prancha rígida e Scoop pelos socorristas de atendimento de APH, desde que seja realizado dentro da técnica adequada. Foi possível identificar a necessidade de se fazer a RMC com qualidade evitando eventos adversos, iatrogenias. Conclusão: Conclui-se a importância de se realizar treinamento e capacitação continuada das equipes de APH sobre imobilização cervical e RMC. |
| Abstract: | Objective: To demonstrate the importance of the rigid board and Scoop in restricting spinal movements (CMR) and in Pre-hospital Care (PHC). Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out, based on scientific articles published in the last 5 years exposed in online bases. Results: The effectiveness of the rigid board and Scoop by the APH service rescuers was proven, as long as it is performed within the proper technique. It was possible to identify the need to perform the CMR with quality, avoiding adverse events, iatrogenics. Conclusion: It is concluded the importance of carrying out training and continuous training of PHC teams on cervical immobilization and CMR. |
