| Summary: | O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a influência do cinema no Direito, com evidência no estudo de caso do filme belga “Rosetta” e sua repercussão jurídica e social. Apesar das diversas vertentes multidisciplinares envolvidas no presente campo de estudo, o presente trabalho se limitou a tecer reflexões sobre possíveis fatores sociojurídicos que participem nessa influência do cinema no Direito, lastreados pela análise concreta da situação circundando “Rosetta”. Primeiramente, abordou-se a Cultura Pop e seus impactos sociais, seguida pelo papel do cinema na construção de ideais coletivos morais e do possível papel deste como instrumento social. Então, voltou-se para as raízes do Direito como produto social e como o cinema pode influenciar no ordenamento. Por fim, foi feita análise da Bélgica antes e depois do filme, bem como do “Plano Rosetta” e suas particularidades inerentes. |
| Abstract: | The main goal of this paper is to analyze the influence of cinema on Law, with practical evidence within the study of the movie “Rosetta” and its legal and social repercussion. Despite of the many branches of this field of study, this paper was limited to bring reflections about social-legal topics involving the influence of cinema on Law, based on the analysis of the circumstances around the movie “Rosetta”. At first, it approached Pop Culture and its social impacts, followed by cinema participation in the construction of collective moral ideas and the possible role of filmmaking as a social control instrument. Hence, were commented the origins of Law as a social result and how cinema can influence the juridical order. At last, a parallel between Belgium before and after the movie was made, along with the “Rosetta Plan” and its characteristics. |
