| Summary: | O ato de automatizar processos tem a intenção de fazer com que os mesmos executem sem o auxílio de um humano, mas também para que estes processos se tornem mais assertivos e rápidos. O trabalho propõe automatizar o processo de fornecimento de informações sobre investimentos conservadores, utilizando para isso do conceito de chatbots. Será feito um levantamento de todas as tecnologias necessárias para que seja possível construir um chatbot e disponibilizá-lo para os usuários na internet. Com isso será criado o chatbot, implementando sua lógica de identificação de mensagens e busca de respostas, bem como interfaces de controle para fornecer informações para o mesmo e controle de usuários, possibilitando assim que possam ser criados diversos tipos de chatbots que forneçam informações sobre o assunto desejado de acordo com o usuário que prover as informações. Ao fim do trabalho será apresentada uma plataforma pronta para receber informações sobre o assunto desejado, bem como um chatbot que fornecerá informações sobre investimentos conservadores. |
| Abstract: | The act of automating processes is intended to make them run without the help of a human, but also to make these processes more assertive and faster. The work offers to automate the process of providing information about conservative investments, using for this the concept of chatbots. A survey will be made of all the necessary specifications so that it is possible to build a chatbot and make it available to users on the internet. With this, the chatbot will be created, implementing its message identification logic and search for answers, as well as control interfaces to provide information for it and user control, thus enabling the creation of different types of chatbots that provide information about the desired subject according to the user who taster like information. At the end of the work, a platform will be presented ready to receive information about the desired subject, as well as a chatbot that will provide information about conservative investments. |
