| Resumo: | Resumo Este artigo tem como objeto de estudo a negligência familiar contra o idoso. Questionando-se qual é a concepção que os idosos têm em relação à negligência e o que a mesma causa em suas vidas? O interesse quanto a essa temática surgiu a partir do pressuposto de que esses idosos sofrem/sofreram algum tipo de negligência, em algum momento de suas vidas. O objetivo geral buscou identificar os tipos de negligência que os idosos possam estar sofrendo ou tenham sofrido, e o específico, caracterizar o perfil do idoso(a) que participa do Projeto Reviver, no Centro de Referência (CRAS) Natal, em Ituiutaba-MG. O Cenário foi o CRAS, a coleta de dados se deu com entrevista realizada com 5 idosos(as) que participam do Projeto Reviver, os quais responderam ao formulário apontando algumas situações de negligência que já sofreram, bem como a percepção sobre o termo. Percebeu-se que estar nas atividades do grupo Reviver do CRAS-Natal, possibilita o acesso às informações e aos direitos, bem como identificar as situações de negligência vividas. O Projeto Reviver mostrou-se ser de extrema importância para os Idosos, pois oferta atividades voltadas para melhorar a qualidade de vida deles, como as atividades artística, culturais, de lazer, esportivas, e o convívio e conscientização dos seus direitos. |
| Abstract: | Abstract This article aims to study family neglect against the elderly. Questioning what is the view that the elderly have in relation to neglect and what causes the same in their lives? The interest in this theme arose from the assumption that these elderly suffer / suffered some type of neglect, at some point in their lives. The general objective sought to identify the types of negligence that the elderly may be suffering or have suffered, and the specific objective, to characterize the profile of the elderly person who participates in the Reviver Project, at the Reference Center (CRAS) Natal, in Ituiutaba-MG . The scenario was CRAS, the data collection took place with an interview conducted with 5 elderly people who participate in the Reviver Project, who responded to the form pointing out some situations of neglect they have already suffered, as well as the perception of the term. It was noticed that being in the activities of the Reviver group of CRAS-Natal, allows access to information and rights, as well as to identify the situations of neglect experienced. The Reviver Project proved to be extremely important for the Elderly, as it offers activities aimed at improving their quality of life, such as artistic, cultural, leisure, sports activities, and the coexistence and awareness of their rights. |
