| Summary: | O presente trabalho relata a formulação de um fertilizante foliar solúvel em água e a determinação de boro em amostras de fertilizantes pelo método espectrofotométrico utilizando a azometina–H como reagente colorimétrico. Os estudos objetivaram determinar a influência da luz na reação de complexação do boro com azometina-H, além de comprovar a garantia dos fertilizantes analisados, o limite de detecção e limite de quantificação do método. Os resultados mostraram que o método apresenta uma boa precisão e exatidão com LD e LQ, 0,035 mg/L e 0,1 mg/L, respectivamente, além de apresentar resultados satisfatórios nos fertilizantes analisados. |
| Abstract: | In the present work, the formulation process of water-soluble leaf fertilizer,the determination of boron in samples of fertilizers by the spectrophotometric method were evaluated using azomethine-H as a colorimetric reagente. The studies aimed to determine the influence of light on the complexation reaction of boron with azomethine-H in addition to proving the guarantee of the analyzed fertilizers, the detection limit and the quantification limit of the method. The results showed that the method has good precision and accuracy with LD and LQ, 0,035 mg / L and 0,1 mg / L, respectively, in addition to presenting satisfactory results in the analyzed fertilizers |
