| Summary: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar um estudo acerca dos crimes internacionais, abordando sua relação com a globalização e como o Direito Penal e a Política Criminal evoluíram frente a essa ameaça. O trabalho iniciará com uma introdução a globalização e aos conceitos chaves do Direito Penal. Em seguida, serão abordados os principais crimes transnacionais, a saber, o Tráfico Internacional de Drogas, Tráfico Internacional de Armas, Tráfico Internacional de Pessoas, Pedofilia, Terrorismo, entre outros. Após será trabalhado a evolução do Direito Penal e da Política Criminal no enfrentamento aos crimes internacionais, no que tange a cooperação internacional, serviços de inteligência, policiamento e investigação. Por fim, será analisado o caso brasileiro. Para tanto, serão utilizadas bibliografias sobre os temas, além de pesquisa a reportagens de jornais contendo o assunto trabalhado através da ferramenta Google. O resultado obtido será confrontado com casos práticos obtidos na experiência do autor, como estagiário da Polícia Federal. Ao termino do trabalho, será apresentado as conclusões alcançadas pelo autor, em especial no que diz respeito aos mecanismos de combate aos crimes internacionais. |
| Abstract: | The present paper intends to present a study about crimes that occurs internationally, relating then with globalization and how the criminal law and the criminal policy had evolve to face this threat. The paper will begin with an analyses of globalization and the basic contents of the criminal law that are related with international crimes. After that, it will approach the most commom international crimes: Drug traffic, weapons traffic, people traffic, pedophily, and. terrorismo. After, it will discuss about how the criminal law and criminal policy have engaged the crimes above, discussing about cooperation between countries, police inteligence, police patrolling and police investigation. At the end, it will talk about the topics above, on the brasilian reality. To get the results expected, the study will utilize books and news, using google, related to the topic, that will after be confronted with the autor experience, attained at the internship at the brasilian Federal Police. In the, it will show the results atteined with this study. |
