O meio ambiente laboral e o enfraquecimento da fiscalização do trabalho no Brasil: análise da regulamentação do PPRA e do PCMSO.

Abstract

The theme of this work is the health and safety of the employees in the work environment, once it is mostly exposed to occupational risks. The study has the purpose of recognize and identify the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MTE) in the reduction of accidents or occupational diseases and analyse if it desmemberment will be the cause of weakening the labour inspection in Brazil. This article will be analysed by a historical and sociological dialectical process in which the regulation of the Programs for the Prevention of Environmental Risks (PPRA) and Program for Medical Control of Occupational Health (PCMSO) are essential for the health of employees and in the creation of a work envirnment with the minimum negative impact. Futhermore, the questioning and examination is even more emphasized when the employers are far from concerned about the impacts of the fragil inspection. Finally it should be noted that the best alternative would be the full settlement of the aspects above, as only this way chooses the best alternative to preserve the occupacional health.
