Políticas de formação continuada de professores no Brasil no contexto atual: desdobramentos no município de Ituiutaba-MG

Abstract

The present work focused on national continuing education programs, starting with the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010) due to the expansion of these policies in the country. Silva's studies; Mayer (2015), Saviani (2005), Souza (1998) show that in Brazil the formations are growing, but they are distinguished from developed countries.In this context, the interest in research originated from the initial relationships established with the theme in view of the reflections made in the subject of Contemporary Educational Policy, in the topic of discussion Training and Teaching Work, where the central point is to understand the relationship between education , state and contemporary society and the influences that are established in this relationship. In this perspective, I was encouraged to seek to better understand what are the policies of continuing education implemented since the Lula da Silva government (2003-2010)? How were these policies built? What are the developments within the municipalities? The present research has as a problem the relationship between the National Continuing Education Programs and the relationships built with the Municipal Education Secretariat in the Municipalities. To answer these questions, the research has as its general objective to present and analyze the policies of continuing education from the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010) and its consequences in the municipality of Ituiutaba. Therefore, it has as specific objectives to conceptualize the term continuing education and present a brief history of it in Brazil. Analyze the policies of continuing education in the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010) and finally, analyze the proposal for continuing education of Cemap, materialized in its PPP. The research will be based on the assumptions of Candau (1997, 2008); Freire (2009), Freitas (2002); Gatti (1992, 2008); Mayer (2015); Nóvoa (1991, 1995); Saviani (2005); Souza (1998). It is a bibliographic and documentary research. In this perspective, the work is organized in introduction and three sections, in addition to the final considerations. The first presents a brief history of continuing education in Brazil and discusses the concept of this education in the field of educational policies. The second presents the continuing education policies implemented in the Lula government (2003-2010) and finally, the consequences of these training policies in the municipality of Ituiutaba. I conclude this research by stressing the importance of continuing education in order to update the concepts already learned in order to be in contact with the educational environment, de-dramatizing the vision of education becomes of paramount importance to understand the political role that we exercise and its reflexes for education, contributions, obstacles and advances that we obtain.
