Cuidados de enfermagem para pacientes com acidente vascular cerebral agudo em tratamento de trombólise: uma revisão narrativa

Abstract

Introduction: Cerebrovascular diseases have a major impact on the health of the population. Stroke, which is currently a leading cause of mortality and morbidity in the world, is of importance. Objective: to carry out a bibliographic survey of the AVE theme in all its faces and to provide scientific content for the construction of protocols and training of Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia nursing team. Method: This is a narrative review of literature, with search of articles in the Virtual Health Library (BVS-BIREME), by the database: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and virtual library: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). The following descriptors (Decs) were used: "Vascular Brain Accident" AND "Nursing Care"; "Vascular Brain Accident" AND Nursing; "Cerebral Vascular Accident" AND Thrombolysis; "Stroke" AND Treatment. Results and discussions: Applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, only 6 articles composed this narrative review. Through this study, it was evident how important the prevention of risk factors for stroke is, as well as the need for fast and effective care, especially through an individualized, systematized and quality nursing assistance, so that the Can be minimized. Final considerations: The content present in this study can contribute to the elaboration of protocols and manuals for nurses and other professionals involved directly or indirectly in the care of stroke patients. It can also serve as a guide for conducting undergraduate, postgraduate and assistant nurse training.
