| Summary: | Esta monografia se propõe a abordar a atual condição da mulher no contexto do tráfico de drogas, haja vista que muitas delas são vitimas do sistema criminoso do tráfico de drogas e, consequentemente, padecem de tratamento digno no sistema carcerário. Além disso, visa destacar os reflexos que a descaracterização da hediondez do crime de tráfico privilegiado, através do Habeas Corpus 118.533, trouxe no contexto social que as mulheres estão inseridas. |
| Abstract: | The following paper proposes to address the current situation of women in the context of drug traffic, since many of them are victims of the criminal system of drug traffic and, consequently, suffer with the lack of worthy treatment in the prison system. In addition, it aims to highlight the reflexes that the decharacterization of the heinousness of the crime of privileged traffic, through the Habeas Corpus 118,533, brought to the social context in which women are inserted. |
