A Falência do Sistema Prisional Feminino: O direito silente das mulheres encarceiradas

Abstract

It is well known that the female public is present in the most diverse prison systems, however in practice negligence towards them is so great that the treatment offered is absurdly precarious and the attention given is secondary. Taking the matter into consideration, this research aims to explore the aforementioned issue by raising the debate about the situation of imprisoned women, in which a possible solution for the violation of the most diverse fundamental rights can be presented. Thus, puttin together of the historical-evolutionary survey and relevant concepts for the theme becomes essential, in addition to all the legal subjects involved. In this way, due consideration is given to stablish critical analisys. The present study will be based on the bibliographical basis, in which we have codes, doctrines and jurisprudence that emphasize the thesis, as well as in media information. By the end, the final considerations will be presented on all the above. What is expected is that this monograph is not taken as an end of a subject that is difficult to exhaust, but as an instigation for the discussion and light for so many women prisoners who are currently in subhuman conditions.
