Análise e proposta de reforço de fundação devido às patologias apresentadas em um edifício residencial

Abstract

In building a building, one of the most important elements is the foundation. For any work to remain in place, without ruptures and without suffering instability, a foundation is needed. When there is the appearance of pathologies in the building, such as cracks, fissures and cracks, one must search for the causes of these pathological phenomena, for later diagnosis and elaboration of intervention plans as a resolution of the manifestations presented. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze the project of reinforcement of the foundation realized in the building, the chosen solutions to the problem and to propose a new solution, based on the reinforcement of the block that supports the P37 and P38 pillars of the building structure. Through Eberick software, it was possible to obtain the detailing and dimensioning of the structural design of the reinforcement of the block, besides the efforts in the structure. Given this, it is extremely important to know the geotechnical characteristics of the soil that will receive the foundation, as it is this research that will reduce financial losses and ensure the safety of the building.
