| Summary: | Este trabalho apresenta a elaboração de um plano de manutenção preventiva e preditiva para o protótipo off-road Baja SAE da equipe Cerrado de baja da Faculdade de Engenharia Mecânica da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, abrangendo conceitos e técnicas de manutenção preventiva e preditiva. Estabelece parâmetros com base na análise do equipamento, nas particularidades de sua utilização em competição, nas características da equipe e no histórico de falhas apresentadas pelo veículo. Sendo definido que as verificações deverão ser realizadas através de roteiros no período pré-competição, a fim de garantir a maior confiabilidade durante as provas. Os roteiros de manutenção estão organizados conforme a estrutura da equipe, contendo as verificações necessárias para minimizar a ocorrência de falhas, com um formato objetivo para facilitar sua utilização. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to present the preparation of a preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the off-road Baja SAE prototype of the Baja Cerrado team of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Federal University of Uberlândia, covering concepts and techniques of preventive, predictive maintenance. Establishing parameters based on the analysis of the equipment, the particularities of its use in competition, the characteristics of the team and the history of failures presented by the vehicle. It is defined that the checks must be carried out through pre-competition scripts in order to guarantee the highest reliability during the tests.The maintenance routines will be organized according to the team structure, containing the necessary checks to minimize the occurrence of failures, having an objective format to facilitate their use. |
