ANDdanças: cartografia das experiências de um artista em formação

Abstract

This completion of course work presents a cartography of my ANDdanças through the art courses of the Federal University of Uberlandia, during six years of my graduation in Theatre. My aim with this tracing was to search ways to investigate in what and how the artistic practices and other activities realized in faculty have changed me – recognizing and considering the peculiarities of these changes. In order to develop the tracings of this cartography, I needed to place myself in the role of an observer of myself, investigating and contemplating the collection of produced and gathered materials, the incarnated recollections, and what passed in me – when overpassing and being overpassed by an artistic-academic territory. And meditating, observing, recalling, I was opening myself to the vibrations of a net of circuits, affections, and events – which were redrawing the trajectory and the perception of an artist in his process of formation. Thus, by means of the poetic-reflexive writing and the production of images, I try to expose how it was that acting, dancing, walking and inhabiting the textures and reliefs of Santa Monica Campus of the UFU, and its surroundings, have affected the way in which I relate myself to life and art.
