Resumo
Neste trabalho buscamos investigar a historicidade da luta de classe na Sadia Alimentos S.A.,
localizada em Uberlândia-MG, entre os anos de 2000 a 2010. Entendemos que as relações
tecidas juntamente com os processos de produção são importantes para compreendermos as
nuances do trabalho dentro de um contexto produtivo. Nesta perspectiva, procuramos
evidenciar as mudanças nas relações produtivas, nas formas de sociabilidade entre os
trabalhadores, e nas transformações nos modos de vidas, a partir de características atuais do
trabalho. Sendo assim, percebemos que o chão da fábrica é o local onde se cria e reproduzem
sentidos, expectativas, valores e sentimentos. É neste sentido, que as fontes foram lidas, na
tentativa de identificar as transformações que permeiam a vida destes trabalhadores dentro e
fora da fábrica, e que garantem sentidos na busca por trabalho e direito.
Abstract
In this work we investigate the historicity of class struggle in Sadia Alimentos SA, located in
Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, between the years 2000 to 2010. We believe that the relationships
woven together with the production processes are important to understand the nuances of the
work within a productive context. In this perspective, we seek to highlight the changes in
productive relations, the forms of sociability among the workers, and the transformations in
the ways of life, from current characteristics of the work. Thus, we realize that the factory
floor is where you create and reproduce meanings, expectations, values and feelings. It is in
this sense that the sources were read in an attempt to identify the changes that pervade the
lives of these workers inside and outside the factory, and guarantee senses in the search for
work and right.
