Resumo
O artigo discute a aplicação de oficina de Teatro de Objetos ministrada para professores
licenciados em pedagogia, como alternativa para aumentar a presença do ensino das artes na
educação infantil, sobretudo em escolas da rede pública de Uberlândia. Dessa forma, o artigo
pretende refletir sobre a metodologia utilizada na oficina e sobre a relevância dessa linguagem
na educação infantil. Tendo em vista a aplicação de uma oficina que apresente o teatro de
objetos, a qual instigue os participantes a perceberem elementos dessa linguagem nas
brincadeiras das crianças, identificando a potencialidade e criatividade durante esses
momentos. Ressaltando a importância de se ter professores licenciados em cursos superiores
referentes às áreas trabalhadas na educação infantil.
Abstract
The paper discusses the application of Object Theatre workshop given for licensed teachers in
pedagogy, as an alternative to increase the presence of arts education in early childhood
education, especially in Uberlândia public schools. This way, the paper reflects on the
methodology used in the workshop and on the relevance of this language in early childhood
education. In view of the application of a workshop to present the theater of objects, which
instigates the participants to notice elements of this language in the games of children,
identifying the potential and creativity during those times. Emphasizing the importance of
having qualified teachers in higher education on the areas worked in early childhood
education.
